STORE POLICY

We appreciate each person who supports E​arthly Essentials. Please understand that we put our all into providing top tier natural skin care products. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the ingredients in our products. 

SHIPPING 

Please allow between 1-4 business days to receive a shipping confirmation. We ship through United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer First Class Shipping which can take 2-5 business days. 

Once a package is taken to the post office it is out of our control. We will do whatever is possible to help you retrieve a lost package however once a package is taken to USPS you must reach out to USPS to retrieve any information pertaining to the whereabouts of your package.

DROP OFFS

 We will reach out to you via phone or email based on the information provided at checkout. Please allow between 1-3 business days to receive a email or text confirmation about your order drop off.  Upon reaching out we will schedule a time that works for both of us to personally drop it off or leave it at a desired location.

If you choose to have your item dropped off at a desired location we will provide a photo of the bag at that location after the item has been dropped off to the correct location we are no longer responsible for the item. We will do our best to make sure the item is placed in a secure and safe location.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak at this time all sells are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given until further notice. If you received your item damaged we will offer and exchange. Email us at earthly.essentials@outlook.com within 72 hours of receiving you package including your name, order number, the item that was damaged and a picture of the item. We will try our best to respond in 24-48 hours.

We have implemented this policy for both our safety and yours. We know this pandemic has been tough for a lot of people and just want to encourage you all to stay safe and healthy. Thank you for being understanding.
